This website provides information about the FemCert European Equality Certification, its assessment areas, governance, process, benefits and application route. The information is general and does not constitute legal, employment, tax, accreditation or professional advice.
2. Website use
Users agree to use the website lawfully, in good faith and without disrupting its availability, security or integrity. It is prohibited to introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or misleading data, impersonate another person or use the website in a way that infringes third-party rights.
3. Certification information
Submitting the application form does not create a right to certification, guarantee a particular level or constitute a contract. Certification is subject to scope confirmation, evidence review, independent verification, the applicable methodology, governance rules and any agreement later accepted by the parties.
Certificates are issued for a defined organisation, scope, level and validity period. The detailed scoring weights and thresholds are confidential and governed by the Technical Committee.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website structure, original texts, graphics, design elements and FemCert materials belong to or are lawfully used by European Equality Certification FemCert. They may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where mandatory law permits.
Names and logos of partner or referenced organisations belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and information.
